Refund policy

Physical Prints & Framed Artwork We want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mejohnson@rawthentic314.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for: change of mind, incorrect size or color selected at checkout, or items damaged due to improper handling after delivery. All physical prints are made to order — please review your selection carefully before purchasing.

Digital Products & Software All digital downloads and software licenses are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll do our best to resolve it.
