Physical Prints & Framed Artwork All physical prints are made to order and typically ship within 3–7 business days of purchase. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Standard shipping within the United States is included in the listed price of eligible art and photography prints, with no minimum purchase required. Expedited shipping, international shipping, and shipping for other products are charged separately; available options and costs are shown at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Raw Works is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Digital Products & Software Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation. No shipping applies.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at mejohnson@rawthentic314.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable.
