Physical Prints & Framed Artwork All physical prints are made to order and typically ship within 3–7 business days of purchase. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Raw Works is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Digital Products & Software Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email upon payment confirmation. No shipping applies.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at mejohnson@rawthentic314.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos where applicable.
